RETURNS + REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your order or the service you have received from The Sweary Card Co, please get in contact with us by sending an email to hello@theswearycardco.com
If you need to return an item, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to return your item in its original packaging and we will provide you with information on where to send your return.
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the returned item(s) and you will be notified via email, the details of your refund. Once you have been notified, your refund will be issued within 4 working days. Any products returned because they are defective will be refunded in full, including a refund for any reasonable postage incurred when returning the product(s).
Your refund will be issued to the same method of payment used at the point of the original order.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for orders that haven't arrived on time or delayed by delivery services unless the original item(s) are returned.
